  Apologies for the super-late reply – I had to put my websites on hold when my parents got ill! Anyway – I have been back on the sites and hope joining groups is self explanatory now – open the GROUPS link at the top of the page (on mobile scroll down the main menu to GROUPS) – then just click ‘Join Group’ on any group. You can also create your own.
