Tagged: politics
This is a first forum post to test it out. Thought it’s a legitimate and often asked question that folks may have some thoughts on – especially relating to the Bible – Edward:)
I think we definitely should. We’re called to be salt and light in the world, and political parties need christians. We should all be praying for our parliaments/government too.
I think if we can remain in a loving spirit towards our “political enemies” while engaging in it then it’s fine and may be something that even glorifies God as we stand up and declare His ways in the political arena.
It must never lead us to treat others in an unchristian way though.
